A Fortune 50 telecommunications company faced a challenge: they were losing market share in the Northeast to competitors. Consumers felt overlooked, which had weakened brand loyalty and made it difficult for the client to appeal to new audiences.
 
They turned to Eve & Co to reclaim and expand their customer base.

The solution

Addressing the problem meant putting aside assumptions and understanding what resonates with different consumer segments. Leveraging our local presence and outreach expertise, our team engaged directly with the targeted customer personas in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC.
 
To start, we identified high-impact, high-visibility opportunities to engage more than 18,000 residents at 60 events in the four cities. The events brought the client’s brand to the community, showcased their commitment, and provided a valuable feedback mechanism that informed corporate positioning.
 
We worked with trusted organizations to better understand pain points and offer short- and long-term solutions, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships that built a foundation for future growth.
 
We collaborated closely with the client’s sales team to ensure the events and partnerships drove tangible business outcomes, which we highlighted in press releases and messaging provided to the team.
 
We drew on the success of the engagement to create an event handbook for use at scale to expand the initiative nationwide.
