Sharon brings nearly 15 years of experience in New York City government and electoral politics to Eve & Co. During the apex of the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as the Borough President of Queens County in New York City, home to nearly 2.4 million residents. Before that, she served as Deputy Borough President and communications director, driving the administration’s top priorities and helping shape public positions on key issues.
Sharon has served as press secretary and senior advisor to the former New York City Comptroller, where she worked on pension reform, capital acceleration, retirement security, and fiscal transparency. She was part of the team that identified and exposed the fraud and mismanagement of the infamous CityTime case, which led to the recoupment of an historic $500 million for the city of New York.
Sharon has run numerous political campaigns including state and citywide races; led various transition teams, most recently for the Queens District Attorney; and served as a policy director and project manager for public works in the New York City Council.
